At Oud Beauty, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping to our customers in Switzerland and Germany. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4pmm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

3. Supported Currencies

  • Customers in Switzerland can shop and pay in CHF.
  • Customers in Germany can shop and pay in EUR.
  • Currency selection will be automatically adjusted based on location.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Switzerland: Orders shipped within Switzerland are subject to local VAT and any applicable import duties.
  • Germany: Orders shipped to Germany may be subject to VAT and customs fees.
  • Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Oud Beauty is not responsible for customs delays.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local postal service.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us at info@oudbeauty.ch, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
  • Address changes may be possible if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, a reshipping fee may apply.
  • If you prefer a refund, we will issue one minus shipping costs.
