At Oud Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Gift with Purchase."
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Request a Return
- Email our customer support at info@oudbeauty.ch with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@oudbeauty.ch within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed.
